MUT is an idea, a concept, that everybody can look for small ways in their everyday lives to stand up and resist encroaching authoritarianism, militarism and fascism. It is the idea that everybody has a voice and the right to use it. Our products are designed to inspire you to look for new ways of resisting - even if it is only wearing one of our shirts or drawing inspiration from your morning cuppa!<\/p>
Our designs are purposefully bold and colourful, conveying ideas designed to provoke thought and conversation.<\/p>
We have only been able to do this because of the environmentally friendly products we have been able to source. All our cotton goods are made from 100% organic cotton or 50% organic cotton 50% re-milled cotton from a clean production facility. All our prints are made on demand using water based inks in a factory that is solar powered, reducing both waste and our carbon footprint. Every product is designed to be remade when it is worn out as part of the circular economy in fashion. Our packaging is plastic free, utilising rip \/ slash proof paper bags designed to be recycled or reused and tape is paper based. These environmental credentials were vital to the setting up of MUT Radical and are primarily possible because of the use of advanced technology. The use of these technologies offsets the cost of the organic cotton so we are able to bring these products to you at an affordable price! We work hard to provide clothing and lifestyle products that are both ethical and radical.<\/p>
MUT can only exist if people decide to resist, people who share common values and are no longer willing to remain silent.<\/p>
